Camp Finborough Hall
Our camp for travel hungry English Xplorers, particularly outdoors and horse lovers from age 10 to 14! Here you should expect not just English lessons, but an activity filled holiday!
Camp Finborough has it all! The facility really has everything that an adventure seeking Xplore camper’s heart could desire: a 12 metre high climbing and abseiling tower, a four wheeler (Quad motorbike) track, a forest and a river- here you can fish, kayak, or learn to build your own raft.
- Raft Building
In the forest you’ll learn how to orienteer- finding your way through unmarked terrain. Show off your mountain biking skills and whiz down the zip line from tree to tree. For the sport lovers there are giant sport fields and four tennis courts. A campfire with tons of marshmallows and hilarious songs make our outdoor programme complete. If you’d like, you can even camp out under the stars in the forest.
Camp Finborough has all sorts of free time activities from every kind of arts and crafts to a Disco and a variety of shows.
This is our absolute classic camp that we began more than 20 years ago. Here we have made thousands of summer campers happy who were seeking for adventure, fun and exploration. In 2012, it’s YOUR turn!
English Lessons
In Finborough, our English courses are customised for those students with 2 to 3 years of language experience but also cater for those at lower levels. Even if you have only just started learning English you will be surprised how quickly you will pick up new vocabulary while sharing activities with children from England, France and other European countries. If you are unsure about anything then our caring staff that speak lots of different languages are always around to help and make sure you sure you are happy. They will make sure that you feel comfortable at all times with your room mates, in class and also during excursions.
Klub Equest- our riding farm at camp!
The equestrians among you will be enthused about the many ponies and horses at our stables “Klub Equest”. You’ll always be welcome here with the riding teacher Jose.
