The ideal center for young "First Timers"!
Are you between 6 and 10 years old and want to participate in your first language camp in England? Then Brandeston Hall is the perfect camp for you.
Our camp is located in a small, tranquil village in Deben Valley in Suffolk county. You’ll love the beautiful old house, in particular the cozy rooms of 4 to 8 beds. There is much to discover:
- Swimming pool
- Tennis courts
- 9 hole golf course
- Sports hall and
- Lots of room to run around in the park and on the many meadows and sports fields
We even have a river that you can canoe on! Many a "Mini-Xplorer" enjoy the countless outdoor activities such as archery, milk crate climbing, raft building, four wheeling, and of course night hiking. If the weather turns on us, we have all kinds of arts and crafts ready to go. Additionally, we’ll have a disco once every week. And if you need help with anything, you’ll have your friendly counselors to rely on. You will live in the same building together and they’ll assist with anything and chaperone on all excursions.
English Lessons- your holiday in EASY ENGLISH!
Even though you may not speak any English, we will still have suitable classes for you. In our “Hello” class, you’ll learn your first vocabulary and simple sentences from our cheerful English teacher. Do you already know a few sentences? Then you’ll "learn by doing"; you’ll pick up new vocabulary and get to try it out with your friends at dinner or during free time in camp. Postcards will be written in English as well as sketches for the talent show and interviews with local people for the camp newspaper. Easy English just for you! :-)
